POLICIES

These are agreed upon at the time of booking your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, then I may be unable to carry out your treatment and this would still be chargeable at 50% of the treatment cost. If I am able to carry out your treatment, it may affect the service time as I may not be able to provide the full service and the full cost of the treatment would still be chargeable. 

BOOKNIGS

Bookings will now require card details to be stored. You will not be charged if you turn up to your appointment where you will pay full price for your treatment, however there will be a charge for cancellations, rescheduling or no shows of 50% of the treatment if this is done within 24 hours of your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / NO SHOWS

I kindly ask that if you need to cancel, alter or reschedule your appointment, you need to do so with at least 24 hours' notice where possible. You can do this via phone, email, Facebook, Instagram and through the online booking system.

If you reply to the text reminders (even though it says do not reply as I don't receive the replies), you will be classed as a no show and charged 50% of the treatment cost.

If in the event you do cancel, alter or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours or don't turn up, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

However, I am a very fair person and know things happen that are unavoidable and out of our control, so this will be enforceable at my discretion. I hope that I don't have to enforce any of my policies, but this is a business and is my main source of income. So, I hope you understand that any cancellations have an impact on my income and time. 

Repeat cancellations, alterations and rescheduling of appointments may result in me removing you from my database and no further appointments will be made with me.
